Pastor David, founder of the Church Leaders Network, recognized the great need for biblical and leadership training of Ugandan pastors after the government of Uganda set to implement a new policy to stop church leaders who are running churches without theological training qualifications.   So he formed a network with the mission of training, equipping, and encouraging rural pastors who minister in the villages and countryside.
